This project extends and re-models an existing detached house, set within a large walled garden. A new floor is added to the top of the house creating a master bedroom with a terrace overlooking Dublin Bay. An existing unused garage was demolished at the side of the house and an enlarged kitchen created. At ground floor level internal walls were removed to create a more spacious interior and the addition of a linear gallery at the rear links all the principal rooms and gives access to the garden terrace.
